The monthly program is designed for parents and their children to attend together, learning and enjoying Chinese Culture and games.

作為在波士頓出生長大的第三代華裔美國人, 唐士曾(Sena Hsu) 致力將公平正義融入她所做的每一件事。在成為五年級老師之前,她曾擔任了七年的時裝設計師。與此同時,她已經跳舞33年了,其中包括從8歲到18歲學習中國傳統舞蹈。作為一名舞蹈老師,她希望為期待健身的人,在一個安全、有趣和積極的環境中提供優質的教學,更深切地關懷如何透過參與者能在一天中後續時光裡應用的自我照顧,來傳播一種社群感、歸屬感和整體健康。
這個45分鐘的課程是一堂令人振奮的有氧課程,背景音樂是電台熱門歌曲(流行樂、K-pop、俱樂部音樂、嘻哈音樂)。舞蹈動作和體操訓練經過精心編排,讓參與者全程投入。參與者會享受並自豪於跟隨這些既有趣又具挑戰性的組合動作,這些動作旨在塑形、雕塑身體並燃燒脂肪。此課程可根據不同程度進行調整,從青少年到活躍的長者都適合。

Sena Hsu (Tang Shih Jung唐士曾)
As a 3rd generation Chinese-American born and raised in Boston, Sena Hsu is passionate about integrating equity into everything she does. Before becoming a 5th grade teacher, she worked as a fashion designer for 7 years. Through it all, she’s been dancing for 33 years, including traditional Chinese Dance from age 8 to 18. As a dance instructor, her goal is not only to provide quality instruction in a safe, fun and positive environment for all skill and fitness levels, but also to deeply care about spreading a sense of community, belonging and overall wellness through self-care that participants can apply throughout the rest of their day.
This 45 minute class is an exhilarating cardio class set to the beat of radio hits (pop, kpop, club, hip hop). Dance moves and calisthenics are choreographed together keeping participants engaged. Participants enjoy and take pride in following fun, yet challenging combos designed to tone, sculpt their bodies, and burn fat. This class is modifiable for all levels from teens to active seniors.
