10:30 AM – Reception Desk Opens (Outside the Grand Ballroom) 接待處開放（大宴會廳外）

Note: Early arrival is highly encouraged to ensure smooth check-in and seating.

Dress Code & Check-in / 服裝要求與報到須知
Dress Code: Business Casual or Traditional Chinese Attire.

Check-in Method: Please check in at the reception desk by providing your Table Captain's name and your own name. No tickets are required.
報到方式： 請至接待處提供您的桌長姓名與個人姓名辦理報到，無需出示票券。
Upon arrival, you will receive:
* A name tag: Please wear it prominently to help you connect and network with other guests throughout the event.
* A table place card: This card indicates your assigned table. Seating is on a first‑come, first‑served basis, so we encourage you to arrive early to choose your preferred seat at your assigned table.

Two Ways to Participate
Whichever way you join us, your presence helps carry GBCCA's mission into its next 70 years.
Option 1: Become a Table Captain
- Gather 8–10 friends, family, or colleagues to unlock your own exclusive table.
- Receive acknowledgment at the event book and feature on our website.
- Choice of table location (around August 20) , upon full payment.
Option 2: Purchase Individual Tickets
- Register and complete payment online.
- Select your meal choice at checkout.
- Our event team will arrange your seating once payment is confirmed.

To move forward in celebration of this milestone, GBCCA is launching a $10,000 Mini Grant Fund to spark new and innovative community programs.
