GBCCA Choral Society

The GBCCA Choral Society (GCS) is a cultural organization affiliated with the Greater Boston Chinese Cultural Association (GBCCA).

The mission of GCS is to:

  • Form and strengthen friendships through singing
  • Support those with an interest in singing in the Chinese community
  • Promote public awareness of Chinese culture and heritage
  • Provide a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment for members and the public

GCS conducts weekly choral practice at the GBCCA Activity Center on Sundays. Additional practices are scheduled as needed. GCS presents one or more concerts annually.

We hope you'll join us in furthering our mission, either in the audience or on the risers.

以歌會友 
文協合唱團是隸屬『大波士頓區中華文化協會』的一個社團，有多年歷史，現在由三十多位喜愛合唱的先生女士們組成。

合唱團的主要宗旨是

  • 以歌會友，藉由好聽的中外樂曲，交流感情；
  • 讓喜歡歌唱的同好們，可以齊聚一堂，唱出和諧的樂音；
  • 藉由演唱對外界宣揚中國的文化與傳統；
  • 為團員及會員們提供一個多元文化，多種語文的環境。

合唱團每週在文協中心練唱一次，每次兩小時，必要時會得增加練習的次數與時間。
