GBCCA library with collections of Chinese books, journals, and VCDs/DVDs is opened to public; GBCCA members with Library card may borrow books and VCDs/DVDs free. In the beginning the library was operated by the Chinese Cultural Center of the Taiwan Government and it became GBCCA Library in July 2001 when they stopped renting GBCCA space as their branch library.

To improve the library service GBCCA identified three members, Shalin Liu, Roslie Ren and Amy Wang who are professional librarians to serve on the library committee and established a $40,000 endowment as Book Fund, which was raised within the GBCCA community and matched by the generous donation from Ms. Shalin Liu. Also, we received a grant from Asian American Unity Dinner allowed us to establish the bar code system.

Currently, Library holds more than 10, 000 books and close to 300 titles of VCDs/DVDs and Library opens everyday from 10 PM to 2 PM and in the evenings when Huaxin School of Arts are in session.

The library was organized and maintained by the library committee and other volunteers.

文協圖書館

文協圖書館收藏的書藉、刊物、電影、電視連續劇等都對公眾開放，文協會員可申請圖書證免費借閱。目前，圖書館擁有圖書超過一萬，并有將近三百部電影與電視連續劇。圖書館開放時間為每天（節假日除外）早上十點到下午兩點，晚上華心藝術學校上課時段也同時開放。

文協圖書館的前身是台北經文處圖書館設在文協的分館，2001年在經文處停止租借場地後，文協成立了自己的圖書館。為進一步完善服務，文協請有圖書館專業經驗的劉沙林、羅芬、姜蘭靜三位女士加入圖書館管理委員會。而後文協又發動會員為圖書館捐款，劉沙林慷慨捐出籌款所得款的同等數額，這次籌款活動共集資四萬美元作為圖書館基金。圖書館還從“亞美聯合餐會”得到撥款，建立了圖書標識掃描係統。
